Define lre_check_timeout in fuzz_regexp
...
Since #25aaa77, lre_check_timeout must be defined by the user. The
patch adds this definition to the regexp fuzzer.

- removed the 'use strip' extension
...
- removed the JS_EVAL_FLAG_STRIP eval flag and replaced it with JS_SetStripInfo() which has simpler semantics.
- qjs: added the '-s' and '--strip-source' options
